Tackle Any Job: Top Applications
Whether you are managing a massive property or running a commercial crew, our skid steer attachments turn your loader into the ultimate multi-tool for these industries:
Before purchasing any attachments for skid steer please consider the following information:
What is the width of your skid steer?
Don't guess on size—make sure your new attachment lines up perfectly with your machine. To find your exact working width, grab a tape measure and check the distance between the outermost edges of your tires or tracks. If you don't have the machine sitting right in front of you, you can always check your manufacturer’s manual for the "overall width" spec.
What is the lifting capacity of your skid steer?
Your skid steer’s lifting capacity dictates how much weight you can safely haul on a daily basis. To find your limit, look up your make and model's Rated Operating Capacity (ROC). This industry-standard spec tells you the maximum safe load for your loader (which is calculated as half of its total tipping weight). Play it safe, protect your machine, and never exceed this recommended limit.
What are the Gallons Per Minute (GPM) for your skid steer?
Your hydraulic GPM determines the kind of attachments your skid steer can handle. To figure out your machine's flow rate, you can either look up the exact make and model in your manufacturer's handbook, or attach a flow meter to your auxiliary hydraulics for a precise digital readout. Keep in mind that standard flow loaders typically operate in the 18-25 GPM range, whereas high-flow systems deliver a much heavier 30-45 GPM.
