At Timber Splitter Warehouse, we stand behind every product we sell — and we also understand that sometimes you may change your mind. That’s why we offer 30-day returns on eligible items.
30-Day Return Window
You have 30 days from the date you receive your item to request a return.
How to Start a Return
To begin a return, email support@timbersplitterwarehouse.com
with your order number. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you return instructions and a return shipping label.
Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.
Return Eligibility (Must Meet All Requirements)
To qualify for a return:
Item must be unused / unoperated, in like-new condition, and in original packaging
Return request must be made within 30 days of delivery
Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility
Return requests go through an eligibility review by our team before we issue return authorization and instructions.
Important Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return/refund (unless otherwise required by law):
Custom or made-to-order products (non-returnable / non-refundable)
Gas-powered products that have been operated (due to hazmat regulations)
Final sale items, including (but not limited to) clearance, refurbished/pre-owned, or discontinued products (unless defective or damaged)
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If anything arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us right away at support@timbersplitterwarehouse.com
so we can evaluate and resolve the issue.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you whether your refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to the original payment method within 10 business days (bank processing times may vary).
