Shipping And Returns/ Refund Policy

Shipping Information

Standard Shipping:
We offer shipping across the United States for forestry attachments and outdoor power equipment. Shipping costs are calculated based on product type, size, and destination. Residential shipments within the lower 48 states are typically straightforward, while commercial or oversized items may require special handling.

Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. We will verify product availability and notify you if there are any issues before shipping.

Order Shipment:
Orders are shipped according to the lead time posted on each product page. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Most orders are delivered via FedEx, UPS, or freight carriers for larger items. Additional shipping fees, if applicable, will be clearly indicated at checkout.

International Orders:
International shipments require special handling. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees. Canadian orders may be shipped through a US-based freight forwarder of your choice; you are responsible for any fees incurred.

Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled before the item ships. To cancel, reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. Once the item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.


Refund & Return Policy

30-Day Returns:
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Returns will be assessed on a case-by-case basis. To be eligible for a return you must comply with the following:

  • Product must be in like new condition, unused, in its original packaging.
  • Request for a return must be processed within 30 days of receipt.
  • The customer will be responsible for all costs of return shipping.
  • All orders are subject to up to a 30% restocking fee.

Custom or made-to-order products are non-returnable and non-refundable. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, contact us at Support@Timbersplitterwarehouse.com If your return is accepted, we’ll provide a return shipping label and instructions. Items sent back without prior authorization will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues:
Please inspect your order upon receipt. Contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.

Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items:
Certain items cannot be returned, including:

  • Custom or made-to-order products

  • Perishable goods (food, flowers, plants)

  • Personal care items (beauty products)

  • Hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases

  • Sale items and gift cards

Exchanges:
The fastest way to get the item you want is to return your original item. Once the return is accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.

European Union 14-Day Cooling-Off Period:
If merchandise is shipped to the EU, you may cancel or return your order within 14 days, for any reason. Items must be in the same condition received, unworn or unused, with tags, and in original packaging. Receipt or proof of purchase is required.

Refunds 

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, refunds are issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note processing times with your bank or credit card company. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval, contact us at Support@Timbersplitterwarehouse.com.

Restocking Fee for Buyer’s Remorse:
If returning for reasons of buyer’s remorse, a 15% restocking fee may apply. Items must be unused and in original packaging. Items returned used or damaged may be denied.

Gas-Powered Products:
Due to hazmat regulations, gas-powered products (including those using gas or oil) cannot be returned once operated. Items must be unused to qualify for return.

Final Sale Items:
Some products are non-returnable unless defective or damaged, including but not limited to Clearance, Refurbished/Pre-Owned, and Discontinued items. Final Sale items are clearly marked on the product listing.
