Shipping Information
Standard Shipping (FREE):
We offer FREE standard shipping across the United States for forestry attachments and outdoor power equipment. Standard shipping is included for residential and commercial deliveries where carrier access allows.
Freight / Oversized Items:
Oversized or heavy products may ship via freight. Freight delivery is typically curbside. If special delivery services are needed (such as liftgate, inside delivery, limited-access delivery, remote delivery, or other carrier surcharges), any applicable fees will be clearly shown at checkout or communicated for approval before shipment.
Order Confirmation:
After placing an order, you will receive an email confirmation with your order details. We will verify product availability and notify you if there are any issues before shipping.
Order Shipment:
Orders ship according to the lead time posted on each product page. You will receive tracking information once your order has shipped. Most orders are delivered via FedEx, UPS, or freight carriers for larger items.
International Orders:
International shipments require special handling. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees. Canadian orders may be shipped through a U.S.-based freight forwarder of your choice; you are responsible for any fees incurred.
Cancellations:
Orders can be canceled before the item ships. To cancel, reply to your order confirmation email as soon as possible. Once the item has shipped, cancellations are no longer possible.
