📦 Shipping Options & Rates (Contiguous US)
We work continuously with our network of freight and parcel carriers to secure the absolute lowest delivery rates possible. Because heavy power equipment requires specialized handling, we do not build inflated shipping costs into our product prices—we simply pass along the most competitive rates available so we can keep our equipment prices low.
Our flat-rate shipping tiers for the contiguous United States are calculated as follows:

| Tier 1 Express Freight | Orders up to $2,500 | $215 |

| Tier 4 Express Freight | Orders $6,501 – $12,000 | $500 |
Note: For oversized equipment or custom orders exceeding $12,000, our freight team will contact you directly after checkout to coordinate specialized transport and confirm delivery logistics.
📍 Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories
Because these regions require specialized ocean or air logistics, our standard shipping tiers do not apply.

How it works: Place your order online, and our team will contact you directly with a custom, competitive shipping quote for your approval before processing. You can also contact us prior to ordering for an upfront estimate.
🚛 Freight & Oversized Deliveries
Heavy or oversized products ship via LTL freight and typically include standard curbside delivery.
If your delivery requires extra services—such as a liftgate, inside delivery, limited-access routing, or remote delivery—any additional carrier fees will be clearly displayed at checkout or verified with you during our follow-up call.
🛠️ Order Confirmation & Tracking

Step 1: Confirmation – Immediately after ordering, you’ll receive an email confirmation. We will verify product availability and reach out if any order details need a quick phone review.

Step 2: Dispatch – Orders ship based on the specific lead times listed on each product page.

Step 3: Tracking – As soon as your equipment hits the road via FedEx, UPS, or a trusted freight carrier, we will email you the tracking information.
🌐 International & Canadian Orders
International shipments require specialized handling. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees. For our Canadian customers, we are happy to ship via a U.S.-based freight forwarder of your choice (any forwarder fees incurred will be your responsibility).
❌ Cancellations
Need to change your mind? Our cancellation policy depends on the type of equipment you ordered:

Standard / In-Stock Items: You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before the item ships by replying directly to your order confirmation email. Once an item has left our warehouse, cancellations can no longer be accepted.

Made-to-Order / Custom Equipment: Because custom builds involve upfront material costs and allocated labor, made-to-order products can only be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. Once this grace period closes and manufacturing begins, all sales on custom builds are final and cancellations cannot be accepted.
