✨ Free Standard Shipping (Contiguous US)
We are proud to offer FREE standard shipping across the contiguous United States on all forestry attachments and outdoor power equipment!
Covers both residential and commercial deliveries (where standard carrier access allows).
Note: For exceptionally heavy machine attachments or specialized freight, our team will personally call you after you place your order to review logistics, confirm delivery details, and ensure a seamless drop-off.
📍 Alaska, Hawaii, & US Territories
Because these regions require specialized logistics, our free shipping offer does not apply.
How it works: Place your order online, and our team will contact you directly with a custom, competitive shipping quote for your approval before processing. You can also contact us prior to ordering for an upfront estimate.
📦 Freight & Oversized Deliveries
Heavy or oversized products ship via freight and typically include standard curbside delivery.
If your delivery requires extra services—such as a liftgate, inside delivery, limited-access routing, or remote delivery—any additional carrier fees will be clearly displayed at checkout or verified with you during our follow-up call.
🛠️ Order Confirmation & Tracking
Step 1: Confirmation – Immediately after ordering, you’ll receive an email confirmation. We will verify product availability and reach out if any order details need a quick phone review.
Step 2: Dispatch – Orders ship based on the specific lead times listed on each product page.
Step 3: Tracking – As soon as your equipment hits the road via FedEx, UPS, or a trusted freight carrier, we will email you the tracking information.
🌐 International & Canadian Orders
International shipments require specialized handling. Customers are responsible for all applicable duties, taxes, and customs fees. For our Canadian customers, we are happy to ship via a U.S.-based freight forwarder of your choice (any forwarder fees incurred will be your responsibility).
❌ Cancellations
Need to change your mind? You can cancel your order for a full refund any time before the item ships by replying directly to your order confirmation email. Once an item has left our warehouse, cancellations can no longer be accepted.
