Superhandy 1-Year Limited Warranty
- Eligibility:
This warranty only applies to products purchased directly from SuperHandy or from one of our authorized distributors/resellers. SuperHandy is a registered brand under the ownership of Great Circle Machinery Corp. Products purchased from unauthorized third-party dealers are not covered by this warranty. In such cases, any replacement parts or units will need to be purchased.
2. Warranty Coverage:
SuperHandy ("Brand"), under the ownership of Great Circle Machinery Corp., warrants to the original purchaser ("Purchaser") that the product ("Product") will be free from defects in materials and workmanship under normal use for a period of one (1) year from the date of original purchase ("Warranty Period"). Should the Product fail to conform to this warranty, the Brand will, at its discretion, either provide replacement parts or, in cases where the entire product is shown to be irreparable, replace the product, provided the Purchaser follows the procedures outlined below.
3. Limitations:
This warranty does not cover damage or malfunctions caused by:
Normal wear and tear. b) Improper installation, misuse, abuse, negligence, or accidents. c) Unauthorized repairs or modifications. d) Natural disasters or other external causes.
4. Warranty Claim Procedure:
To make a warranty claim:
Contact SuperHandy’s customer service within the Warranty Period, providing a description of the issue and proof of purchase. b) Upon validation of the claim, the Manufacturer may, at its discretion, send out replacement parts that address the problem. c) If the Purchaser provides conclusive evidence that the entire item is not repairable or usable, the Manufacturer may, at its discretion, issue a replacement product. d) If a Purchaser is unable to perform necessary repairs, and a local power equipment shop is engaged for repairs, the Manufacturer may consider reimbursement or other accommodations on a case-by-case basis, but such accommodations are not guaranteed under this warranty.
5. Limitation of Liability:
The manufacturer’s liability under this warranty is limited to the provision of replacement parts or the replacement of the Product. Manufacturer shall not be liable for any incidental, consequential, or special damages resulting from the use or inability to use the Product.
6. No Other Warranties:
This warranty is the sole and exclusive warranty provided by the Manufacturer for the Product and is in lieu of all other warranties, representations, guarantees, and conditions, whether express or implied, including any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.
7. Governing Law:
This warranty shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New York, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Notwithstanding the foregoing, any legal proceedings arising out of or relating to this warranty shall be brought exclusively in the federal or state courts located in California, and the parties consent to the personal jurisdiction and venue of these courts.
Ground Hog Warranty Information
WARRANTY
Your GROUND HOG Equipment is covered by a 6-month warranty. The Company undertakes to replace or repair, free of charge, any defect that the Company considers to be due to faulty workmanship or material within 6 months of the sale date, except for:
Defects arising from neglect, misuse or unauthorized modifications.
Damage caused by abuse, misuse, dropping or other similar damage caused
by or as a result of failure to follow transportation, storage, loading or operation, instructions.
Alterations, additions or repairs carried out by persons other than the Manufacturer or their recognized distributors.
Transportation or shipment costs to and from the Manufacturer or their
recognized agents, for repair or assessment against a warranty claim, on any GROUND HOG equipment or component.
Materials and/or labor costs to renew, repair, or replace components due to normal wear and tear.
Faults arising from the use of non-standard or additional parts, or any consequential damage or wear caused by the fitting or use of such parts. Engine components that are subject to the Engine Supplier's warranty.
IMPORTANT
The Manufacturer and/or their recognized agents, directors, employees or insurers will not be held liable for consequential or other damages, losses or expenses in connection with, or by reason of, or the inability to use the GROUND HOG equipment for any purpose.

Once we receive your request, our team will reach out to the manufacturer to source the correct replacement part and follow up with availability, pricing, and next steps.
Yardbeast Warranty Information
WARRANTY INFORMATION
Yardbeast Chippers warrants its wood chipper line against defects in materials and workmanship for a period of two (2) years from the date of original purchase when used in the continental United States. During the warranty period, Rederick Metal Industries Corp. will repair or replace, at its option and free of charge, any part found to be defective in materials or workmanship, subject to the terms and conditions set forth below.
This limited warranty is valid only if the product has been operated and maintained in accordance with the Operator's Manual provided with the product and has not been subjected to misuse, abuse, commercial use, neglect, accident, improper maintenance, alteration, vandalism, theft, fire, water, or damage caused by peril, natural disaster, or acts of Force Majeure. Normal wear parts or components thereof, including belts, tires, knives, anvil, flails, impact hammers, centrifugal clutch, and bearings, are subject to separate terms as follows: All normal wear part or component failures will be covered on the product for a period of 90 days, regardless of the cause. After 90 days but within the two-year period, normal wear part failures will be covered only if caused by defects in materials or workmanship.

This limited warranty does not provide coverage in the following cases:
a. The engine or components parts thereof. These items carry a separate manufacturer's warranty. Refer to the applicable engine manufacturer's warranty for terms and conditions.
b. Centrifugal clutch damage or components thereof. These items carry a separate manufacturer's warranty. Refer to the applicable manufacturer's warranty for terms and conditions.
c. Routine maintenance items such as lubricants, filters, blade sharpening, tune-ups, clutch adjustments, and normal deterioration of the exterior finish due to use or exposure to weather elements.
d. Yardbeast Chippers does not extend any warranty for products sold or exported outside the continental United States, except those sold through authorized Yardbeast dealers and/or channels of export distribution.
e. Parts that are not genuine to the Yardbeast Chipper line will not be covered by this or any other warranty expressed by Yardbeast.
f. Transportation charges and service calls are not covered.
No implied warranty, including any implied warranty of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, applies after the applicable period of an express written warranty above as to the parts as identified. No other express warranty, whether written or oral, except as mentioned above, given by any person or entity, including a dealer or a retailer, with respect to any product manufactured by us shall bind Yardbeast Chippers. During the period of the warranty, the remedy is the repair or replacement of the product as set forth above.
The provisions as set forth in this warranty provide the sole and exclusive remedy arising from the sale. Yardbeast Chippers shall not be liable for incidental or consequential loss or damage, including, without limitation, expenses incurred for substitute or replacement lawn care services or for rental expenses to temporarily replace a warranted product. Some states do not allow the exclusion or limitation of incidental or consequential damages, or limitations on how long an implied warranty lasts, so the above exclusions or limitations may not apply to you.
In no event shall recovery of any kind be greater than the amount of the purchase price of the product sold
Loflin Fabrication Warranty information
ONE YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY
Loflin Fabrication, LLC, hereinafter
referred to as LOFLIN, a manufacturer
of quality machinery since 1996,
warrants new LOFLIN machinery
and/or attachments at the time of
delivery to the original purchaser, to
be free from defects in material and
workmanship when properly set up
and operated in accordance with the
recommendations set forth by LOFLIN.
LOFLIN’S liability for any defect with
respect to accepted goods shall be
limited to repairing the goods at a
LOFLIN designated location or at an
authorized dealer location, or
replacing them as LOFLIN shall elect.
The above shall be in accordance with
LOFLIN warranty adjustment policies.
LOFLIN’S obligation shall terminate
twelve (12) months after the delivery
of the goods to original purchaser.
This warranty shall not apply to anymachine or attachment which
shall have been repaired or altered
outside the LOFLIN factory or
authorized LOFLIN dealership or in
any way so as in LOFLIN’S judgment,
to affect is stability or reliability, nor
which has been subject to misuse,
negligence or accident beyond the
Company recommended machine
rated capacity.
WARRANTY CLAIM
To submit a warranty claim, a return authorization
from LOFLIN must be obtained. The failed part
may then be returned in an untampered status.
This warrants’ does not include freight or delivery
charges incurred when returning machinery for
servicing. Dealer mileage, service calls and
pickup/delivery charges are the customer’s responsibility.
EXCLUSIONS OF WARRANTY
Except as otherwise expressly
stated herein, LOFLIN makes no
representation or warranty of any
kind, expressed or implied, AND
MAKES NO WARRANTY OF
MERCHANTABILITY IN RESPECT
TO ITS MACHINERY AND/OR
ATTACHMENTS ARE FIT FOR ANY
PARTICULAR PURPOSE. LOFLIN
shall not be liable for incidental or
consequential damages for any
breach or warranty, including but
not limited to inconvenience, rental
or replacement equipment, loss of
profits or other commercial loss.
Upon purchase the buyer assumes
all liability for all personal injury and
property resulting from the handling,
possession or use of the goods by
the buyer. No agent, employee, or
representative of LOFLIN has any
authority to bind LOFLIN to any
affirmation, representation or warranty
concerning its machinery and/or
attachments except as specifically
set forth herein. This warranty policy
supersedes any previous documents
12-31-2001.
