The item must be in stock on the competitor's website
TheĀ competitorĀ must be an online store, they may not have a retail location
The website cannot be a members only site, discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
The competitor must be an Authorized Retailer for the product in question
The Price Guarantee includes the item price, the shipping charges, andĀ any possible sales tax.
Does not include items that are on manufacturer's promotion, closeout or clearance items, nor does it apply to obvious pricing errors.
The product must be the identical model number
We reserve the right to refuse an order in which we would incur a loss. Refunds are limited to the amount of gross profit we recognized on the sale (purchase price less our cost for the product).
We reserve the right to verify another online companyās product availability and price before issuing a price match or refund.
