Backorder Policy – Timber Splitter Warehouse

At Timber Splitter Warehouse, we work hard to keep our equipment in stock and ready to ship. However, high-demand items may occasionally be placed on backorder. When this happens, we keep the process clear, simple, and transparent.

What Is a Backorder?

A backordered item is currently out of stock but still available for purchase. Your order reserves the product, and it will ship as soon as new inventory arrives.

Estimated Restock & Shipping Times

Restock dates are estimates based on supplier information. Delays can occur due to manufacturing or freight challenges, and we’ll notify you if timelines change.

Order Processing

Orders containing backordered items will ship once those items are back in stock. In some cases, in-stock items may ship separately at our discretion.

Cancellation Policy & Refund Fee

You may cancel a backorder anytime before the item ships.

If you choose to cancel and a refund is issued, a 7% processing fee will be deducted from the refund total. This fee covers non-recoverable transaction costs charged by payment processors.

Unavailable or Discontinued Items

If a manufacturer discontinues an item or cannot fulfill a restock, we will automatically cancel the order and issue a full refund with no fees.
